We are always loo­king for talen­ted lawy­ers, law clerks (Refe­ren­dare) and rese­arch assis­tants (wis­sen­schaft­li­che Mit­ar­bei­ter). App­li­cants should have demons­tra­ted their legal qua­li­fi­ca­tion by pas­sing their state exam with hono­urs. Fur­ther­more they should have a strong inte­rest in capi­tal mar­kets and cor­po­rate law. Excel­lent know­ledge of the English lan­guage is a pre­re­qui­site, as well as a good under­stan­ding of eco­no­mic rela­ti­ons.
