We are always looking for talented lawyers, law clerks (Referendare) and research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter). Applicants should have demonstrated their legal qualification by passing their state exam with honours. Furthermore they should have a strong interest in capital markets and corporate law. Excellent knowledge of the English language is a prerequisite, as well as a good understanding of economic relations.
